A: Concrete must be at least 4” thick, in good condition and must be of test strengthe 3,000PSI minimum.

Q: What type of electrical requirements do I need?

A: Standard requirements is 220V single phase or 380V 3 phases.

Q: What are the fluid requirements lifts?

A: For a good cylinder life cycle use a brand name hydraulic oil 46#.

Q: How ling will it take to get a lift?

A: Your distributor may deliver the lift the same day if in stock.  Factory production times have an average of 45 days plus transit time to the destination.

Q: How about the payment term?

A: Payment terms are irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight or 30% wire tranfer to confirm your order and 70% wire transfer payment prior to loading your order onto a container or truck.  Orders must be prepaid 100% prior to shipment.

Q: What are the lifting capacities of PEAK Lifts?

A: From 6,000 lbs to over 40,000 lbs or more.

Q: How do i determine the type of automotive lift that would be best for me?

Q: Can i install the lift on asphalt?
A: All of our lifts are required to be installed and used on a concrete surface.
Q: Where can i find an installation manual (user manual)?
A: The installation manual (user manual) is included with every lift and is packaged in the parts box.
Q: What is the ceiling height required to install a lift?
A: The required ceiling height varies by lift model and vehicle application. For specific requirements. Refer to product specifications for details.
Q: Can I install/use the lift outside?
A: We do not recommend installing our lifts outdoors. However, if this is unavoidable, there are specific steps you can take to protect your equipment from the weather. Please contact our customer support team for more information.
