- Steel Structure for 5 (Five) years. Includes: column, carriage, lifting arm, floor cover, top beam, platform, cross beam, ramp, scissors, etc;
- Hydraulic Parts (including cylinder, valve, gear pump, oil seal, etc), bronze bush, slider blocks and plastic components for 2 (Two) years;
- Electric components, oil hose, cable and other parts (excluding consumable parts such as rubber pads) for 1 (one) year.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, damage in transit or damage caused by lack of maintenance. PEAK shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or incidental damages arising from a breach of or delay in the fulfillment of the warranty. PEAK reserves the right to modify and improve the product design without any obligation to provide prior notice of such changes.
The warranty coverage, as outlined in the above clause, is determined based on the equipment’s model number and serial number. This information must be presented together with all relevant warranty documentation at the time of requesting service or making a warranty claim.
